Poor posture has an accumulative effect on the body, including musculoskeletal disorders. Poor posture, coupled with unresolved work related stress, is a combination for poor work performance and reduced health, with the potential of your personnel being off sick.
I have seen the toll that poor posture can take on the body, whether it is in the Yoga classes, assessing workstation or in life in general. It is surprising what we can tolerate from our bodies.
I offer advice on how to manage your posture, to help the body be in its optimum position for the task in hand.
Following on from your company’s display screen assessment, we explore what more can be done to reduce the fatigue experienced by personnel at their workstation?
Together we can create a non-judgemental environment for people to explore their bodies and how their bodies work best for them. This will improve your personnel’s work performance and improve value to your Business.
