Yoga and Sports

The sporting world has started to wake up to the potential benefits of Yoga in their training regime.

Leading sports man (Ryan Giggs) has stated Yoga has been a key to his strength and fitness as well as a prolonged career at Manchester United. David Silva from Manchester City is following suit and thanks Ryan Giggs for his taking up Yoga,

Andy Murray’s recent winning streak and improved performance has been attributed to his use of hot Yoga.

David Beckham has taken up Yoga in a hope to play for England again.

Many of the American football teams and baseball teams are now using Yoga as an integral part of their training program.
